TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The Rate is all-Inclusive package and valid for one person. The rates is quoted in American Dollar.
- Child age is between 5 – 12 years old. Family package is valid for 2 adults and 2 children. Child under 5 years is free of charge with certain inclusions of services.
- The payment can be passed to our driver / guide before or after the activity on the day of the tour based on the deal or receipt given.The payment is required by cash (we may receive payment in other currencies). Credit card (Visa, master card and JCB) is accepted, with 2% extra charge from the total amount, charged in IDR. The rate exchange is based on authorized daily rate.
- Reservation is required at latest 24 hours before the activity. The reservation is required by sending the email regarding the details of the reservation form provided in order to make clear reservation details and confirmation. Reservation directly by phone is also required.
- Any change / flexibility of the program can be made / re-arranged before the deal made, in order to make fairest deal.
- 30% deposit of the total amount is required for certain tour activities / big group participant, can be made based on the confirmed deal / appointment.
- Cancellation can be made latest 24 hours before the date of activity without cancellation fee, for certain type of activity cancellation fee is required. Cancellation for any activity / tourist object visit during the tour is noticed without refund.
